To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

New users receive a 1-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BrainyStock does not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

All content, features, and functionality of BrainyStock — including but not limited to the AI scoring system, report format, design, and software — are owned by BrainyStock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
PDF reports generated for your personal use may be downloaded and shared for non-commercial purposes, provided BrainyStock is credited as the source.
BrainyStock sources data from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, and Alpha Vantage. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of third-party data. BrainyStock is not responsible for errors in underlying data from these sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrainyStock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
